Are you a seasoned Licensed Surveyor with credentials across multiple states and a passion for leadership?

Our client has hired us to recruit a dynamic professional to join their Dallas-based surveying team with potential to grow into a national leadership role within this expanding land surveying business.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee complex land surveying projects with precision and integrity
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of survey professionals
• Drive quality control, client engagement, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with marketing to pursue high-profile opportunities
• Shape the future of the company’s national surveying strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed in multiple states (Texas + others highly preferred)
• 3–5 years of proven experience in field and office surveying
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Carlson, ArcGIS, GPS, total stations, and lidar
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
• Visionary mindset with the drive to scale a national business
