Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: San Francisco, CA (relocation + visa support available)
Our client is a high-growth infrastructure company in the generative AI space. They build the underlying platform that helps developers and creative teams go from raw ideas to production-ready media in seconds. The business is scaling quickly and they’re hiring driven, tech-savvy BDRs to help accelerate pipeline generation and outbound strategy.
In this role, you’ll qualify inbound interest, run targeted outbound into high-value accounts, and engage in thoughtful, technical conversations with prospects who are already sophisticated buyers. This is not “smile and dial.” It’s consultative, fast-paced, and high visibility.
The ideal candidate is competitive, curious about AI, and energized by being early at a breakout company. You’re comfortable initiating outreach, handling nuanced product discussions, and framing ROI in terms that matter to engineering, product, and GTM leaders.
What you’ll do
- Generate qualified pipeline through targeted outbound (email, calls, LinkedIn) into strategic accounts.
- Craft personalized outreach using research, not templates.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition and act as the first-touch brand ambassador.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to tighten messaging based on real-time market feedback.
- Stay sharp on trends in AI/ML, developer tooling, and content workflows so you can speak credibly with technical decision-makers.

Compensation
- Base salary: ~$59,500 – $70,000
- On-target earnings (OTE): ~$85,000 – $100,000+

Total comp will depend on experience and interview performance.
