
E-Commerce Manager
(Full-time position with benefits)

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online retail presence across Amazon (U.S., Canada, and U.K.), Walmart.com, Target.com, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. This role owns day-to-day marketplace operations, sales growth, content optimization, and advertising strategy across platforms, with roughly 80% of time focused on Amazon.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure each digital shelf looks sharp, performs well, and keeps our products top of mind (and cart).

Amazon Marketplace Management – 80%
- Responsible for driving YoY revenue and unit growth on all Amazon channels
- Own day-to-day management and long-term strategy of Amazon US Vendor Central (majority of time), Seller Central Canada & UK
- Point person for any/all problems that arise in the Amazon ecosystem, creating cases & escalating as needed
- Oversee product listing creation, inventory management & optimization, and pricing
- Lead promotional planning for events like Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and Holiday Deals
- Partner with Marketing to implement keyword optimization, PDP copy updates, A+ Content, and Brand Store enhancements, ensuring content is optimized for conversion, SEO, and marketplace best practices
- Monitor performance metrics, rankings, and profitability by SKU
- Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure in-stock, FBA accuracy, and inventory health
- Manage reviews, ratings, and brand protection initiatives cross-functionally with Marketing
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop new content and brand assets
Shopify & TikTok Shop – 5%
- Manage Shopify store operations including merchandising, navigation, and onsite promotions
- Coordinate product launches, bundling strategies, and limited drops
- Optimize TikTok Shop performance by managing shop score, product listings, violations, searchability, and more
- Help track site analytics, conversion rates, and consumer trends to improve the DTC experience
Walmart.com & Target.com – 5%
- Manage product listings, brand pages, pricing, and content optimization across both platforms
- Monitor marketplace health and reviews
- Collaborate with retail partners and internal sales teams to maximize visibility and sales
Data, Reporting & Strategy – 10%
- Manage ecommerce product launches within the designated timeline agreed upon with the Sales Director and Senior Marketing Manager
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking sales, promotions, and profitability
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership on channel performance
- Forecast sales and inventory needs by platform in partnership with Supply Chain
- Identify opportunities for channel expansion and new product launches
Requirements
Required
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience, with heavy focus on Amazon Vendor Central
- Proven success managing multi-marketplace operations (U.S., Canada, U.K.)
- Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities during peak season (November–December), with a strong sense of ownership and determination
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Familiarity with Shopify and TikTok Shop operations
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and supply chain teams
- Ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations and develop unconventional/creative solutions
Preferred
- Experience in consumer goods, CPG, or toy/game categories
- Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace and Target.com vendor portals
- Experience managing creative assets and digital content optimization
- Working knowledge of inventory planning and logistics for e-commerce fulfillment
- Advanced Excel or data analytics skills
- Experience with tools such as Helium10, JungleScout, Perpetua, or similar
Salary Range
$95,000 – $105,000 + benefits + annual profit sharing
