Position Overview


The Enterprise Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the organization’s enterprise customer base and driving strategic, long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, exceptional negotiation skills, and a consultative approach to solution selling within large, complex organizations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to penetrate enterprise markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals.
  • Source and qualify new opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry events.
  • Cultivate ongoing partnerships with enterprise clients to identify opportunities for expansion, renewal, and value-added solutions.
  • Stay informed on market and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to optimize strategy and report progress to leadership.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience with a strong record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success selling into mid-to-large organizations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
