Account Executive (Mid-Market) — High-Growth AI Infrastructure Company

The Opportunity


We are seeking an Account Executive to join a fast-growing go-to-market team and help scale a high-velocity sales motion. This is a critical early hire within the commercial organization, with the opportunity to shape sales strategy, processes, and playbooks while driving meaningful revenue impact.


This role is ideal for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial seller who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about building within a category-defining company.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including qualification, discovery, business case development, and negotiation
  • Drive high-volume pipeline generation through a mix of inbound, product-led growth (PLG) conversion, and outbound efforts
  • Close mid-market deals efficiently, typically within 30–60 day sales cycles
  • Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, including department heads and senior leaders
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes, including qualification frameworks, demo best practices, and closing strategies
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate value and ROI
  • Provide consistent feedback from the market to inform product development and positioning


Candidate Profile


  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within a high-growth technology environment
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota in high-velocity sales motions
  • Experience selling technical products such as APIs, developer tools, or infrastructure solutions
  • Proven ability to manage high activity levels and close a high volume of deals (typical ACVs ranging ~$20K–$200K)
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
  • Experience contributing to or building outbound and PLG-driven sales motions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience selling AI/ML, developer platforms, or technical infrastructure
  • Background in early-stage or scaling environments (Seed through Series B)
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) models
  • Technical background or strong technical fluency (e.g., engineering, CS, or similar)
