We are hiring a Solutions Architect to join our growing Solutions team to help customers unlock the full potential of our platform. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role that blends technical depth, product expertise, and strategic thinking. You’ll work directly with prospects and customers across the full lifecycle—from early solution design and demos to implementation, onboarding, and post-launch success. As one of the early members of this team, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers to deliver scalable integrations and power the next generation of fintech products.


What You’ll Do


Lead customer implementations

  • Lead discovery, solution design, and technical implementation for customer integrations across accounting, commerce, and banking platforms.

Partner with sales and product teams

  • Support the pre-sales process by leading technical conversations, designing tailored solutions, and delivering demos and proofs-of-concept that showcase our APIs.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers

  • Guide customers on best practices for API usage, data mapping, and integration architecture to ensure scalable, reliable implementations.

Influence product and roadmap

  • Collaborate with engineering and product to identify product gaps, propose enhancements, and shape new capabilities based on customer needs.

Build enablement resources

  • Develop sample apps, implementation guides, internal documentation, and demo flows that accelerate prospect and customer success.


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Forward-Deployed Engineer—ideally at a SaaS or API-driven company.
  • Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, integration design, and developer workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions with engineering teams and clearly explain complex topics to business stakeholders.
  • A builder mindset—you enjoy creating demos, writing documentation, and solving problems end-to-end.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with accounting, payments, or commerce systems.
  • Must be based in NYC and able to work in a hybrid role at our Manhattan office.
  • This role spans both pre-sales and post-sales; adaptability and comfort switching between prospects and customers are key.


Compensation


On-target earnings: $150,000–$165,000 + equity
