About the Role
This is a high-impact, enterprise-facing role focused on driving revenue growth within complex, global customer environments.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, commercially minded seller who is comfortable navigating technical products, engaging executive stakeholders, and managing multi-threaded sales cycles. This individual will play a key role in expanding enterprise adoption and shaping how customers leverage next-generation AI capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close and expansion within enterprise accounts
- Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across technical and business functions
- Lead product demonstrations and guide customers through complex evaluation and decision-making processes
- Navigate and negotiate enterprise agreements involving multiple stakeholders (technical, legal, procurement, finance)
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and long-term customer value
- Partner cross-functionally to provide market feedback and inform product direction
- Support and mentor more junior team members as the organization scales
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology environments
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, enterprise sales cycles
- Experience selling into large organizations with multiple stakeholders and long deal cycles
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (required)
