
Senior Account Executive
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in AI, SaaS, or emerging technology environments. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles, build long-term enterprise relationships, and lead high-impact negotiations that accelerate adoption of advanced AI infrastructure solutions.
This is a high-visibility role for a sales leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and innovation—helping enterprise customers bring next-generation, AI-powered capabilities to market.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting to enterprise-level contracting—while clearly articulating the value of AI infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and execute advanced go-to-market strategies to break into new verticals, manage executive-level relationships, and consistently exceed revenue goals.
- Lead detailed product demonstrations and complex contract negotiations, ensuring alignment across technical, financial, and business stakeholders.
- Provide strategic market insights and champion customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through expansion.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to a culture of performance, integrity, and continuous improvement.
About You
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in AI, SaaS, or technology startups, with a strong record of exceeding quotas.
- Expertise in selling to enterprise-level organizations and engaging C-suite executives across complex deal structures.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing multi-stakeholder contracts that include technical, legal, and financial components.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for both technical and business audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for generative AI, data infrastructure, or developer-platform technologies.
Compensation
$260,000 – $300,000 OTE (base + variable) + equity + comprehensive benefits package
