Business Development Representative (BDR)
A high-growth, venture-backed company in the generative AI infrastructure space is building a platform that enables creators and developers to transform ideas into finished media in real time. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking tech-savvy, motivated Business Development Representatives to join a growing sales team.
In this role, you will play a key part in building pipeline by qualifying inbound interest and proactively prospecting into high-value accounts. You’ll engage in thoughtful, often technical conversations with a sophisticated customer base and help articulate how emerging AI technologies can drive meaningful business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Craft highly personalized, research-driven outreach to priority accounts
- Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and represent the brand externally
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback
- Stay current on AI/ML trends to support relevant, informed customer conversations
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You
- Have 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within fast-paced tech environments (e.g., SaaS, AI, developer tools)
- Are comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and navigating nuanced product discussions
- Bring strong communication skills and a high level of energy and presence
- Operate with urgency and a willingness to iterate quickly
- Have experience with CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI, developer tools, or creative/technical communities
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies
Compensation
- $100,000 – $130,000 OTE (80/20 split) + equity + comprehensive benefits
