About the Role
The Account Management team plays a pivotal role in ensuring long-term customer success and revenue growth. We manage the customer relationship, including renewal and recontracting process—focusing on customer success, retention, expansion, and delivering a best-in-class experience for our customers.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to own the customer relationship, identify new workloads, evangelize the product, and manage all contracts. The account manager will drive both retention and expansion through strategic engagement and disciplined execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer success, commercial negotiation, and operational excellence.
