A high-growth, venture-backed AI infrastructure company is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand strategic customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, technical sales environments and is excited to partner with innovative organizations adopting next-generation AI capabilities.


The Opportunity


You will own the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting through enterprise-level negotiations—while working closely with both technical and executive stakeholders. This is a highly strategic role with visibility across leadership, offering the opportunity to shape go-to-market efforts and influence product direction through customer insights.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation through close
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to break into new markets and expand within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Lead product demonstrations and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform go-to-market and product strategy
  • Mentor and support junior team members as the organization continues to scale


Ideal Profile


  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in AI, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience selling into technical buyers and navigating multi-threaded deals
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation, including legal, financial, and procurement processes
  • Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a curiosity-driven and growth-oriented mindset


Compensation


  • Target OTE: $300,000 – $360,000 + equity
  • Comprehensive benefits package
