The Opportunity


Our client, a well-established and nationally recognized financial services platform, is seeking a Marketing Analyst, Customer Insights to join its growing analytics function.

This role sits within Marketing and partners closely with Customer Analytics, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive deeper understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, and marketing effectiveness across the organization.


This is a highly analytical, impact-oriented role for someone who enjoys translating complex data into clear insights that influence strategy, budget allocation, and performance optimization.


Position Overview


The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for conducting advanced analyses that drive actionable insights across acquisition channels and the broader customer lifecycle.


This individual will:


  • Analyze funnel dynamics, lead quality, campaign outcomes, and customer behavior trends
  • Build and manage Power BI dashboards used by cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and refine performance tracking frameworks, including CAC, LTV, and attribution metrics
  • Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and budget allocation decisions
  • Contribute to testing frameworks and incrementality measurement
  • Identify data gaps and improve reporting accuracy and structure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and alignment
  • Support automation efforts via APIs and data warehouse integrations

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Customer Analytics.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct deep analysis across marketing performance and customer journey metrics
  • Design and maintain scalable reporting infrastructure in Power BI
  • Structure and monitor A/B testing frameworks and evaluate statistical lift
  • Contribute to media mix modeling and regression-based performance analysis
  • Support predictive modeling and scenario analysis for growth planning
  • Improve tagging, reporting workflows, and data governance practices
  • Automate reporting through API integrations and cloud data warehouse connections


Ideal Candidate Profile


We are seeking a data-driven, technically strong marketing analytics professional who thrives in performance-oriented environments.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or customer analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience handling complex transformations
  • Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data modeling
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses and APIs
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel modeling


Preferred Experience


  • Experience measuring marketing incrementality and attribution
  • Familiarity with media mix modeling (MMM), regression, or causal inference methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and evaluate A/B testing frameworks
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally in a performance-driven organization
