About the Role
This is a senior Enterprise Account Manager role focused on China and the broader APAC region. The position represents the company’s first dedicated go-to-market hire in the region and will play a critical role in shaping enterprise customer strategy and regional expansion.
The Account Manager will own and grow relationships with the company’s largest enterprise customers in China, while supporting additional strategic accounts across APAC. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business stakeholders, this individual will ensure the platform becomes deeply embedded in customers’ generative media and AI initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly autonomous operator who is comfortable working across time zones, thriving in fast-moving environments, and serving as the company’s frontline presence in APAC. You’ll collaborate closely with global sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams while helping lay the groundwork for long-term enterprise growth in the region.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers across China and the APAC region
- Act as the first GTM representative in APAC, helping establish regional account strategy, operating cadence, and best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building strong relationships with executive and technical stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans focused on expansion, platform adoption, and consumption-based revenue growth
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver complex, high-impact customer solutions
- Maintain a high bar for responsiveness and accountability across global time zones
- Own and exceed a consumption-based revenue target, with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Lead customer engagements including QBRs, executive briefings, and in-region meetings as needed
- Analyze usage and performance data to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities
- Stay current on AI and generative media developments and translate insights into customer strategy and product feedback
What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (required), with the ability to lead professional business conversations in both
- 6+ years of experience managing enterprise customers selling to developers, engineering, or data teams
- Proven success managing $10M+ annual revenue portfolios and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience operating independently in high-growth or early-stage environments, ideally as an early regional hire
- Strong track record navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships
- Comfort engaging with senior executives at large, global organizations
- Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams across APAC and the US
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences
