Position Overview:

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating an outstanding guest experience by overseeing daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and supporting a culture of service, hospitality, and accountability. You’ll recruit, train, and develop team members while ensuring smooth operations, financial performance, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, service standards, and team performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new hires while fostering a positive and productive workplace.
• Manage labor, inventory, and cost control to meet financial goals.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and health/safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant management role.
• Proven track record in staff development, operational performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
