​​ Senior Executive Assistant – Salt Lake City, UT

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior-level executives in our Salt Lake City office. This position requires a highly organized professional with exceptional discretion, judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to managing directors and vice presidents, ensuring the seamless execution of both professional and administrative responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, including the scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange and oversee intricate domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and manage documents, agendas, contact lists, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Process expense reports and oversee reimbursement activities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and manage events, meetings, and related logistics.
  • Safeguard and maintain confidential business and personal information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in a senior executive support role.
  • Demonstrated success in providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and communications oversight.
  • Superior organizational skills with the proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, diligence, and follow-through.
  • Ability to operate independently with sound judgment while anticipating the needs of senior executives.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Unwavering integrity, loyalty, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a strong work ethic.
