Senior Executive Assistant – Salt Lake City, UT
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior-level executives in our Salt Lake City office. This position requires a highly organized professional with exceptional discretion, judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to managing directors and vice presidents, ensuring the seamless execution of both professional and administrative responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, including the scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Arrange and oversee intricate domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Prepare and manage documents, agendas, contact lists, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Process expense reports and oversee reimbursement activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and manage events, meetings, and related logistics.
- Safeguard and maintain confidential business and personal information with the highest level of integrity.
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of eight years of experience in a senior executive support role.
- Demonstrated success in providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and communications oversight.
- Superior organizational skills with the proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, diligence, and follow-through.
- Ability to operate independently with sound judgment while anticipating the needs of senior executives.
