Job Description
The Sous Chef serves as the Executive Chef’s right-hand leader, ensuring all menu items are prepared and executed with excellence 100% of the time. In the absence of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef assumes full responsibility for kitchen operations.
This role plays a key part in driving top-line sales and guest count by delivering outstanding food quality, consistent culinary execution, and a superior guest experience. The Sous Chef helps lead and develop a team of culinary professionals while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and profitability.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, able to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment, and often involved in training and onboarding new kitchen staff.
