Job Description
The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall success of the kitchen and culinary operations. This includes menu development, recipe execution, food quality, cost control, team leadership, and maintaining all sanitation and safety standards. As the head of our back-of-house operations, the Executive Chef will build, train, and mentor a strong culinary team while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, financially savvy, and highly skilled in developing systems that support consistent, high-quality food production. This role will also work closely with ownership and management to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house during the restaurant’s opening and beyond.
