Westborough, MA
Apply for this job

Ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We're looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to join our award-winning, industry-leading team at our scratch-kitchen restaurant in Westborough, MA.

From our first restaurant in the early 2000s, we have grown into a stable and expanding company with nearly 50 locations across 15 states—and we have no plans of slowing down.

A True Scratch Kitchen

This isn't your typical restaurant. We are deeply committed to authenticity and quality. Here, the little things are the big things.

  • Made-from-Scratch, to Order: Every single menu item is crafted from scratch and prepared the moment you order it. We don't do pre-made.
  • On-Premise Butcher Shop: Our team hand-carves and grinds our beef and bison daily to ensure peak freshness and premium flavor.
  • No Freezers, No Microwaves: Our food arrives fresh, not frozen. In fact, we don’t even own a microwave. We believe in small-batch cooking to guarantee the quality of our flavors.

Your Role and Impact

As our Kitchen Manager, you will be the driving force behind all culinary operations. You'll act as the strong right-hand to the Proprietor, leading everything from recruiting and training a top-tier culinary team to ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality and consistency. A key part of your role will be to foster a professional, motivating atmosphere where your staff can thrive and grow their careers.

An Unbeatable Benefits Package

We offer a comprehensive and rewarding benefits package designed for your success and well-being:

  • Industry-Leading Compensation
  • Achievable Quarterly Bonuses
  • Full Medical, Dental, & Vision Coverage
  • 401(k) Plan
  • Paid Vacation
  • Long and Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance

Who We're Looking For

We need a leader with a proven track record and a genuine passion for developing people. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of high-volume experience as a Kitchen Manager, Chef, or Culinary Manager.
  • A stable job history demonstrating commitment and growth.
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining (preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen with a history of managing food and labor costs effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

This is more than a job; it's a chance to join a stable, growing company that values its people, product, and principles.
