Position: Executive Chef

Job Description:

As Executive Chef, you’ll lead our culinary team with passion, energy, and expertise. This role requires a hands-on, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at inspiring others. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating extraordinary dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and managing food and labor costs. We’re seeking someone who sets the bar high and takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of culinary professionals. 
• Develop creative, high-quality dishes to delight guests. 
• Oversee food safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance. 
• Manage food and labor budgets to meet financial goals.  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of high-volume experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef. 
• Steakhouse experience prefered
• Proven success in developing and mentoring team members. 
• A track record of achieving financial and operational results. 
• A genuine passion for cooking, with a hands-on approach during shifts. 
• Availability to work weekends.
