Position: Restaurant General Manager

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sharp focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure flawless execution of daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
  • Oversee profit and loss management, including controlling costs, maximizing sales, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards to deliver consistent, exceptional results.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork while modeling integrity and a “people-first” leadership approach.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of management experience in a high-volume quick-service, fast-casual, or casual dining environment.
  • Proven ability to develop, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve their highest potential.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, cost control, and sales growth strategies.
  • A genuine passion for guest service and commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Full schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
