Assistant Restaurant Manager (Front of House) - Fine Dining Steakhouse

What you’ll do:


As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader in our establishment, working closely with the General Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule a high-performing service team, ensuring our standards of excellence are met during every shift.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily service, from seating arrangements to guest interactions, ensuring a flawless dining experience from start to finish.
  • Guest Experience: Act as a visible and engaging presence on the floor, proactively addressing guest needs and resolving any issues with professionalism and grace.
  • Mentorship: Lead, coach, and inspire your team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting career development.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with tasks such as managing labor costs and other administrative duties to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

  • A seasoned professional with 1-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale steakhouse environment.
  • An exceptional communicator with strong leadership abilities.
  • A true passion for hospitality and a commitment to consistently delivering a memorable guest experience.
  • A natural ability to lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule of 45-50 hours per week.
