Location: Waltham, MA

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year


We’re an award-winning, fast-growing brunch restaurant seeking a dynamic, career-driven Restaurant Manager to help lead our exciting transition into evening and nighttime dining! With a newly acquired All Alcohol License, expanded outdoor dining, and a thriving dinner service underway, we are ready to take our business to the next level—and we need an experienced, passionate leader to help us get there.

What You’ll Be Doing


In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations while driving excellence in service, team performance, and guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient shift management.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Enforcing company policies and upholding high service standards.
  • Monitoring labor and food costs to optimize efficiency.
  • Contributing to the development of our growing dinner and bar programs.
  • Providing strategic and operational input for upcoming initiatives and ideas.


Who You Are


You’re a dedicated hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. With a strong work ethic and a passion for leadership, you bring energy, focus, and professionalism to everything you do.


Requirements:


  • Must live within 30 minutes of Waltham, MA.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Open availability for all service periods (flexible 5-day workweek, 40-50 hours).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant setting.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Current certifications (or willingness to obtain):
  • ServSafe
  • TIPS (Alcohol Awareness)
  • Allergen Awareness


Compensation & Benefits


  • Hourly base pay: $25–$30 (DOE) with overtime opportunities ($37.50–$45/hour).
  • Clear growth path to Assistant General Manager or General Manager roles based on performance.

What We’re Looking For


As a Restaurant Manager, your primary goal will be to oversee staff performance, maintain cost controls, manage inventory, enforce policies, and create a positive guest experience. With our recent expansion into evening services, we need someone with flexibility and initiative to help establish new routines. Your input will play a key role in shaping our dinner and bar programs as we leverage our All Alcohol License to open new revenue streams.
