For over 15 years, our restaurant has set the standard in New England for masterfully prepared cuisine and exceptional service. We pride ourselves on creating a sophisticated yet comfortable dining experience and fostering a nurturing work environment that encourages professional growth. We are open 7 days a week, serving lunch and dinner, and also offer catering services.


We are seeking a talented executive chef to lead our established team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional ready to uphold our 16-year legacy of success. You will be responsible for maintaining food quality, managing ordering and inventory, organizing, scheduling, training staff, and boosting team morale. You will be joining a strong existing team, including a skilled sous chef.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and execution.
  • Manage inventory, food ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Develop and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Maintain and elevate overall team morale.
