Position Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and uphold our high standards of service, food, and hospitality. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in daily operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that every detail aligns with our mission to deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
• Maintain consistent delivery of top-quality food and beverage service.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations with a focus on local sourcing.
• Ensure seamless daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift management.
• Address guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and highlight local ingredients.
• Support a positive, guest-focused atmosphere in line with our brand values.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant or bar.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with Toast POS and MA State Lottery operations is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality.
