The Restaurant Manager sets the tone for service excellence and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations. This role ensures that every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave. The Restaurant Manager will coach, develop, and mentor team members while maintaining high standards of quality, hospitality, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading service operations and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members.
- Providing coaching and counseling to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Upholding company policies and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Exercising independent judgment and decision-making in managing staff and resolving restaurant issues.
- Spending over 50% of time performing true managerial duties, including leadership, oversight, and operational decision-making.
