Kitchen Manager – Scratch Kitchen, Elevated Casual

Join our award-winning culinary team as a hands-on Kitchen Manager in our employee-owned establishment. Working under our recognized Executive Chef, you'll lead back-of-house operations while maintaining our commitment to scratch kitchen excellence and quality guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all back-of-house operations and work the line during peak service
  • Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively
  • Create menus and conduct cost analysis for profitability
  • Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives for BOH staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Conduct weekly inventory management and ordering

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years Kitchen Management experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments
  • Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional food quality
  • Proven leadership track record in team building and achieving operational results
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Expert knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, and Safe Food Handling protocols
