What You'll Do:
- Oversee all back-of-house operations and work the line during peak service
- Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively
- Create menus and conduct cost analysis for profitability
- Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives for BOH staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Conduct weekly inventory management and ordering
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years Kitchen Management experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments
- Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional food quality
- Proven leadership track record in team building and achieving operational results
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Expert knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, and Safe Food Handling protocols
