Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Project Manager position! This is a 12 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be remote in United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the enterprise Job Monitoring Program and associated governance forums across the organization
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting frameworks
• Drive planning activities supporting future regulatory monitoring and compliance requirements
• Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams to define monitoring control requirements and evidence expectations
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive status reviews with senior leadership
• Coordinate proof-of-concept and pilot activities for monitoring solutions including Dynatrace and other enterprise platforms
• Manage application onboarding planning and execution across the technology portfolio
• Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, Finance, and external partners to drive alignment
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts with appropriate mitigation strategies
• Ensure monitoring solutions support auditability, documentation, evidence retention, and timely remediation
• Keep initiatives moving forward with highly organized execution and polished executive communication

What You'll Need to Have:

• Senior Level (7+ years) of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
• Proven experience managing compliance, governance, risk, audit, or regulatory programs
• Understanding of enterprise application environments, batch processing, and systems integration.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, or operational support processes.
• Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit requirements, and evidence management.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior leadership and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, or operational support processes
• Experience with PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and project financials

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, or similar tools.
• Background in enterprise technology, financial systems, ERP platforms, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience working with automated controls, job scheduling, alerting, and operational monitoring solutions.
• Competence with Smartsheet and or PowerBi

Pay Range: $60-$65+/hr
