Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior UI/UX Designer position! This is a 6 month contract and will be remote in United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of a new enterprise technology platform (Tech 360) providing executive leadership with comprehensive operational visibility
• Define the front-end experience, look and feel, and design templates for a custom web application serving senior leadership
• Partner with Product Owners and Software Engineering teams to translate executive requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Create executive-level reporting interfaces and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision making
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups through collaborative whiteboard sessions and usability studies
• Implement user-centered design methods throughout the product development lifecycle to shape strategy and deliverables
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Application Developers to establish and leverage user experience standards and best practices
• Deliver initial prototypes within 60 days ready for engineering implementation
• Continuously gather end-user feedback to refine and improve the customer experience
• Work across multiple engineering teams to ensure design consistency and successful implementation

What You'll Need to Have:

• Portfolio demonstrating previous design work and innovative thinking (REQUIRED)
• 5+ years of technical experience including 3+ years in UI/UX or interaction design
• Expert-level hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong proficiency with React, Vue, Angular, or similar modern front-end frameworks
• Extensive experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin, or equivalent platforms
• Proven experience designing user-focused front-end interfaces for executive reporting and data visualization
• Demonstrated ability to create use cases, flow diagrams, prototypes, scenarios, and wireframes in product development contexts
• Strong project management and presentation skills with ability to communicate design decisions to stakeholders

Pay Range: $60 - $70+/hr
