Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Implementation Business Analyst - Commercial Lending position! This is a 6-18+ month contract and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate tracking and support for a $126B commercial and business lending portfolio implementation initiative
• Support leadership in triaging defects, building requirements, and facilitating cross-functional discussions and sessions
• Drive the replacement of core loan accounting system through large-scale software implementation to AFS Vision
• Collaborate with technical teams, scrum masters, product owners, and testing teams across 60+ integrating applications
• Manage upstream and downstream application dependencies across a complex program supporting 10,000+ users
• Lead risk, issue, dependency, and decision management activities throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Serve as subject matter expert and liaison between business lines and technical teams on enterprise initiatives
• Consult with management on short and long-range business requirements and recommend innovative solutions
• Prepare and present status reports and project updates to senior management on program progress
• Build and maintain positive client relationships while managing expectations across multiple stakeholder groups

What You'll Need to Have:

• 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Lending or Business Lending supporting large-scale complex program integrations
• Proven implementation experience with core banking systems, preferably AFS Vision or similar platforms
• Strong tracking and coordination skills managing large-scale, complex program initiatives with multiple dependencies
• Solid proficiency with Jira for managing risks, issues, dependencies, and project tracking
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams and translate between business and technical requirements
• Experience with testing processes and quality assurance in enterprise software implementations
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate discussions and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups

Pay Range: $65-70+/hr
