Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SAP S/4 OpenText Senior Functional Analyst position! This is a 6 months contract-to-hire opportunity and will be remote in United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead SAP S/4 HANA project initiatives focused on SAP VIM processes within an SAP Fiori environment
• Configure and enhance OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) including customization and complex workflow approval design
• Maintain and support scanning and indexing with OpenText ICC/BCC using OCR technology
• Design and present VIM workflow scenarios and process type determination sequences for various document types
• Perform custom coding and modifications of OpenText VIM and generate standard VIM reports
• Analyze fit/gap for business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications and business process documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration, quality, and performance of solution deliverables
• Train invoices in BCC using recognition methods including ART, SnapMatch, and constant value training
• Define testing strategies for OT/VIM functionality to ensure accuracy and quality of product deliverables
• Drive project and design reviews ensuring alignment with organizational design principles and standards
• Manage scope changes, prioritize defect management, and provide impact assessments for technical solutions
• Support user communication, functional unit testing, user acceptance testing, and cutover activities

What You'll Need to Have:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP functional consultant including configuration and support
• 2-3 years of SAP S/4 implementation experience in SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management with 2+ full implementations
• Strong expertise with OpenText VIM components and native Fiori applications in an SAP Fiori environment
• OpenText VIM configuration and customization
• OpenText ICC/BCC OCR and invoice training
• Complex invoice workflow design
• Custom coding and OpenText VIM modifications
• Basic understanding of OpenText Archiving and system installation
• SAP Fiori environment experience including OT VIM native Fiori applications
• Strong SAP AP process and EDI knowledge
• Self-starter who works well under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and SAP support portal

Pay Range: $60 - $65+/hr
