Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Solution Architect specializing in Financial Crimes & Fraud Prevention position! This is a 6-18 months contract and will be remote in United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Architect and design comprehensive solutions for financial crimes and fraud prevention initiatives, including BSA, AML, KYC, and customer verification functions
• Collaborate with domain leadership and enterprise architects to translate business capabilities into solution designs aligned with architecture standards
• Lead the design, building, testing, and deployment of technology solutions within assigned Agile teams
• Produce conceptual, logical, and physical solution architecture for strategic initiatives that align with Enterprise Architecture principles
• Travel to Buffalo, NY every 4-6 weeks to collaborate with stakeholders and participate in team ceremonies
• Articulate value and tradeoffs of solution options to domain decision-makers and executive leadership
• Research and identify impacts of emerging technologies and trends within the financial crimes domain
• Evaluate quality and compliance of delivered solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Manage and design architecture for dependent products in partnership with other enterprise and solution architects
• Harness existing technology resources through collaboration to optimize solutioning efforts

What You'll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of solution architecture experience with demonstrated work in financial crimes, AML, BSA, KYC, or fraud prevention domains
• Superb executive communication skills with ability to deliver technology and enterprise-level presentations to various stakeholders
• Experience with multiple programming languages and software/service engineering in cloud environments
• Proven ability to research, evaluate, and articulate multiple approaches to solving complex technical problems
• Strong understanding of relevant software architecture principles, patterns, and integration methodologies
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline, or 9+ years combined higher education and relevant work experience
• Availability for Eastern or Central time zone working hours preferred

Pay Range: $80-90/hr
