Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Engagement Lead position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario.

We are looking for an Engagement Lead who thrives on organization, cross-functional collaboration, and driving business transformation. This role will operationalize processes and align technology and product initiatives. You'll partner with product, development, agency, and business teams to ensure execution excellence and measurable outcomes. Acting as the “glue” between teams, you will streamline workflows, ensure release readiness, and drive adoption of new systems and products.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem solver with a track record of anticipating challenges and delivering results.


What You'll Be Doing:


Product Operations (Process & Data Focus)

  • Partner with Product Owners to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, ensuring readiness and measurable outcomes
  • Identify and optimize bottlenecks in the product delivery and adoption process

Program Development (Execution Focus)

  • Own day-to-day execution of cross-functional technology and product initiatives
  • Manage governance, reporting, and communications for programs
  • Create detailed project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, risks, and escalations
  • Facilitate retrospectives and sessions to maintain clarity and alignment

Cross-functional Alignment and Collaboration (Adoption Focus)

  • Develop change readiness plans to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and products
  • Track adoption metrics and continuously improve plans
  • Deliver clear, targeted communications and training content


What You'll Need to Have:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or revenue operations
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and operational frameworks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives
  • Familiarity with product operations best practices (release readiness, product analytics, roadmapping)
  • Hands-on expertise with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and convey complex information across functions


Pay Range: $60-$65/hr CAD
