Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Product Owner position! This is an 8+ month contract with potential to extend and/or convert to FTE and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive the digital integration strategy for a new customer identity and monitoring capability in Digital Banking
• Lead product ownership for a security application development program in partnership with a third-party vendor
• Collaborate closely with Engineers to build out new feature capabilities as part of a larger modernization program
• Maintain current program documentation and process maps in Confluence, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility
• Manage engineering tasks and track program progress using Jira, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule
• Partner with the Project Manager who owns the vendor relationship and a Product Manager during deployment readiness
• Support the introduction of new functionality with security applications to address current platform limitations
• Coordinate across multiple teams within the Digital Consumer Experience group to deliver retail banking solutions
• Leverage AI tools including CoPilot to enhance productivity and streamline product development workflows

What You'll Need to Have:

• 6-10 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Strong foundation and proven work experience in the Banking domain
• Expert proficiency with Confluence for documentation management, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
• Advanced experience with Jira for managing programs, tracking engineering work, and ensuring progress visibility
• Experience using AI tools, specifically CoPilot, to drive efficiency in product development
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical integration projects
• Strong collaboration skills to coordinate across Product Managers, Project Managers, and vendor partners

Pay Range: $60-65+/hr
