*Remote Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Technical Business Systems Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and can be remote within the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead application support for enterprise initiatives including cloud migration, site reliability engineering, and application resilience.
• Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and guide system enhancements, testing, and implementation efforts.
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) and liaison across business and technology units to ensure clarity, performance, and alignment with strategy.
• Provide strategic input for both short- and long-term technology solutions supporting financial operations and profitability systems.
• Mentor and develop team members; build and share knowledge to drive performance and operational improvements.
• Manage complex projects including compliance, regulatory, and system maintenance efforts.
• Recommend new technology approaches, and policies that enhance the bank's software development lifecycle and client experience.

What You'll Need to Have:

• 10+ years of combined experience in operations, business analytics, and/or systems development.
• Proven leadership in large-scale system enhancements and complex project delivery.
• Expertise in cloud migration, site reliability engineering, and application resilience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, system integration, and technical architecture.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; deep experience may substitute.

Pay Range: $60-$70/hr
