*Remote Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*


Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their IUS Application Support Specialist position! This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Learn the functionality and requirements of the IUS applications including MyFinance, MyOrders, Menuworks, eMorrison, Crothall Applications, and other business applications.
  • Respond to support requests from both corporate and field employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve most application issues via telephone, chat support, and ticket submission.
  • Collaborate with developers, IT department, and business team members to identify process and/or application improvements.
  • Assess, track, resolve, and report on incidents; provide timely responses and follow-through to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Communicate issue status and resolutions to end-users.
  • Assist in asset management of handheld devices.
  • Ensure compliance with support procedures related to timing, reporting, and follow-through.
  • Escalate incidents appropriately to 2nd level Technology & Business support teams.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the support knowledgebase.



What You'll Need to Have:

  • 1–3 years of progressive experience in end-user computing support and application support.
  • 2–3 years of Customer Service/Support services experience.
  • 2–3 years of Accounting and Information Systems experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Apple operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Internet browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Field/end-user training experience.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • A flexible work schedule (shift may begin as early as 7:00 AM EST or end as late as 7:00 PM EST).
  • HDI Certified Support Analyst (SCA) certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or certificate from an accredited technical school preferred.


Schedule: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm EST


Pay Range: $22-$27/hr
