Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Sales & Marketing Specialist position! This is a direct placement opportunity and will be onsite in Buffalo, NY. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Drive marketing initiatives for commercial real estate properties by creating compelling marketing materials including flyers, offering memoranda, brochures, presentations, and proposals
  • Develop and execute integrated advertising campaigns across print and digital channels to maximize property exposure and generate qualified leads
  • Manage comprehensive market research operations including property inventory databases, comparable sales data, market statistics, vacancy rates, and demographic analysis
  • Design and implement database solutions and research tools that empower real estate agents to present data-driven insights to clients
  • Build and maintain property websites in collaboration with third-party providers and manage photo libraries to showcase properties effectively
  • Coordinate promotional events and serve as primary liaison to media contacts, real estate professionals, and public inquiries
  • Evaluate and recommend marketing and research software solutions to modernize the company's 50-year-old SQL database while optimizing current capabilities
  • Train sales associates on research tools and resources, and support marketing and research projects across multiple office locations


What You'll Need to Have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems
  • Strong SQL database skills with hands-on experience in database management, query optimization, and data analysis
  • Proven experience in marketing research, particularly with property inventory management, comparable sales analysis, and market statistics
  • Commercial real estate experience or demonstrated interest in the commercial real estate industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Type A personality with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
  • Valid New York State Driver's License for local travel as needed


Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 +/annually
