Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Audit Remediation Analyst position! This is a 2 to 3 year contract opportunity and will be remote in the United States.


This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Lead remediation of Tier 1 database audit findings with tight delivery timelines and significant workload volume
  • Drive cross-organizational coordination and resolution across multiple technology and business teams to address compliance issues
  • Run the overall audit remediation program and establish new foundational principles in the database compliance space
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions that address root causes of compliance issues and prevent recurrence
  • Coordinate with Identity & Access Management (IAM) team on access provisioning requirements and related remediation activities
  • Present program status, findings, and strategic recommendations to C-Level executives with clear, data-driven insights
  • Provide stakeholder support and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the remediation process
  • Compile and present complex audit data in digestible formats that facilitate executive decision-making without requiring extensive review meetings
  • Validate remediation efforts and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate technology standards
  • Manage post-implementation activities including feedback gathering, issue resolution, and program debriefs


What You'll Need to Have:


  • 8-10 years of experience leading large-scale product audit and remediation programs
  • Proven audit remediation experience with demonstrated ability to drive compliance initiatives to successful completion (critically required)
  • Strong cross-organizational communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across multiple teams
  • Program management experience with ability to establish foundational processes and drive organizational change
  • C-Suite level presentation skills with ability to distill complex technical information into executive-ready insights
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for data analysis and presentation development
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting (highly desired)
  • Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence for project tracking and documentation (highly desired)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management capabilities


Pay Range: $40-50/hr
