Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Systems Analyst position! This is a 12 months contract-to-hire and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions and system integrations that enable critical business processes across multiple applications
• Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and define solution architecture
• Drive system improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, proposing enhancements, and implementing scalable technology solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across integrated systems, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolution efforts with appropriate teams
• Design and document technical solutions that ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability across the enterprise technology landscape
• Support ongoing business processes by maintaining system integrations, monitoring performance, and responding to stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions are properly implemented and meet defined requirements

What You'll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role working with enterprise solutions and system integrations
• Proven experience gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering solutions that meet stakeholder needs
• Strong technical documentation skills with the ability to create clear, comprehensive system documentation and functional specifications
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across multiple integrated systems
• Solid understanding of system integration concepts, business process workflows, and enterprise application architectures
• Experience working as a liaison between business and technical teams, with the ability to communicate effectively with both audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering scalable, reliable solutions

Pay Range: $55-$60/hr
