Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their RSA Archer Developer position! This is a 20+ month contract opportunity and will be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the RSA Archer platform (SaaS) to support risk, compliance, and business needs
• Lead systems analysis and technical design for complex application enhancements and new capabilities
• Build and integrate solutions using Azure Functions and modern cloud-based components
• Act as a technical lead on projects, guiding junior developers and coordinating development efforts
• Own end-to-end delivery including development, testing, debugging, and implementation support
• Evaluate system integrations, data flows, and dependencies across applications and platforms
• Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and test plans
• Ensure solutions align with security, risk, and regulatory standards

What You’ll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of experience in application development and systems analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer (development and SaaS environment)
• Experience building solutions with Azure Functions or similar serverless technologies
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor less experienced developers
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, and data flows
• Experience working on complex, enterprise-level systems and cross-functional projects
• Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $75-$85/hr
