Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Product Owner II position! This is a 4+ month contract with potential to extend in to 2027 and will be remote in the United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a large-scale online banking backend implementation initiative
• Partner closely with the Senior Product Owner to execute comprehensive UAT testing and change management activities
• Manage defect identification, tracking, reporting, and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle
• Facilitate testing coordination across multiple enterprise stakeholders and narrow customer base for backend banking solution
• Support the migration from current online banking platform to new backend experience for Business Banking and Wealth customers
• Collaborate with development and stakeholder teams during post-development testing and implementation phases
• Create and maintain testing documentation, progress reports, and information radiators for internal teams and stakeholders
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria to support Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) practices
• Groom and prioritize product backlog in partnership with agile delivery teams
• Participate in all team activities and ceremonies within an agile framework

What You'll Need to Have:

• 6+ years of Product Owner or business analyst experience with strong focus on User Acceptance Testing execution
• Proven expertise in defect management processes, tracking systems, and reporting methodologies
• Experience implementing or testing Content Management System (CMS) solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead UAT efforts in complex, enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles with hands-on experience in agile delivery teams
• Ability to quickly adapt and "plug and play" into existing initiatives and testing frameworks
• Experience in online banking or digital banking platforms (Business Banking and Wealth preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence outcomes and coordinate across cross-functional teams

Pay Range: $70-75+/hr
