*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SCCM/Desktop Engineer position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee SCCM and Intune for daily operations, including software deployments, patching, compliance policies, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Windows desktop standards, configurations, and security policies to ensure secure and optimized endpoint management.
• Use PowerShell scripting for automation to improve endpoint security and streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to optimize system performance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, and Support, to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide endpoint security and management initiatives.

What You'll Need to Have:

• 6+ years of experience in systems design, infrastructure, and/or architecture.
• Strong expertise in managing Windows operating system security, policy, compliance, and deployment.
• Experience with SCCM engineering and Intune administration.
• Experience in endpoint security, automation (PowerShell), and hardware/software management.
• Skilled in producing and maintaining desktop standards, operating procedures, and system documentation.
• Advanced technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Pay Range: $55-$70+/hr
