Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst II position! This is a 6+ month contract and will be remote in the United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead discovery efforts to support the expansion of Embedded Banking into Commercial Card capabilities
• Drive requirements gathering, operating model design, and stakeholder alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance
• Develop and produce departmental reports, dashboards, and slide decks to support project and program decisions
• Document the end-to-end commercial card journey, including current and future-state processes
• Assess operational and technical impacts to define target-state solutions and MVP recommendations
• Perform non-routine data analysis, reconciliation, and research to support business decisions
• Drive continuous improvement of existing processes, tools, and procedural documentation
• Support audits, compliance testing, and user certification for assigned systems
• Coordinate with business partners, vendors, and technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate in planning and implementation of new projects, products, and regulatory changes

What You'll Need to Have:

• Demonstrated experience with commercial card products and how they operate within a banking environment
• Proven experience leading discovery efforts for new products, including requirements development and business architecture
• Strong understanding of banking and payments ecosystems, including integration analysis
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related business line experience, or 6+ years combined education/work experience
• Advanced reporting skills, including financial analysis, workflow analysis, and historical reporting
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Experience with FIS or TSYS platforms is a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance

Pay Range: $40-45/hr
