Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Enterprise Capacity Analyst position! This is a 10 mo contract to hire opportunity. Ability to work remotely in the U.S., but MUST be willing to relocate to Buffalo, NY upon conversion. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Drive enterprise-wide capacity visibility by aggregating and analyzing capacity and demand data across decentralized technology domains to support executive decision-making
  • Coordinate and facilitate capacity management governance forums, including Senior Working Group and Steering Committee sessions, preparing executive summaries and decision support materials
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks, dashboards, and templates to ensure consistency in capacity reporting across all domains
  • Analyze capacity utilization trends, forecasts, and constraints to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies for enterprise infrastructure
  • Partner with infrastructure domain leads, enterprise monitoring teams, and architecture stakeholders to collect, validate, and align capacity and demand-related inputs
  • Support the evolution and maturation of the Enterprise Capacity Management Program by refining standards, processes, and reporting structures
  • Produce actionable, data-driven insights and analytics that enable leadership to make informed decisions about capacity allocation and forward-looking demand
  • Track governance meeting outcomes, decisions, and follow-up actions to ensure program accountability and continuous improvement


What You'll Need to Have:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within enterprise IT environments
  • Proven ability to analyze, aggregate, and interpret complex data across multiple sources and domains with high attention to data integrity
  • Strong experience supporting governance forums and creating executive-level reporting materials
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and drive structured outcomes in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Experience with capacity management, enterprise monitoring platforms, or observability tools (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights



Pay Range: $35-40/hr
