Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
About the Role
We are seeking energetic, people-focused Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission basis. In this role, you will represent a truly unique, premium outdoor cooking product designed for consumers, retail partners, and commercial clients such as restaurants, resorts, and event venues.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with individual consumers, retail dealers, and commercial clients
- Sell through multiple channels: in-person, online, events, and travel-based opportunities
- Represent the product at trade shows, demos, and community events (travel included and covered)
- Provide excellent customer experience by focusing on relationships, not just transactions
- Maintain regular updates on sales pipeline and outreach activities
What We’re Looking For
- A strong “people person” who enjoys connecting with others
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a drive to succeed
- Comfortable selling in various environments (online, events, retail, or face-to-face)
- Passion for outdoor cooking and entertaining is a plus
- No formal sales experience required – training is provided

Compensation

Base Commission: 10% on all gross sales revenue

Tiered Commission Boosts: 10% - 17% on revenue base don tiered structure
· Bonuses: awarded for new dealer accounts, top 10% performers, and $1000 award for “Community Builder” for reps who create meaningful client relationships or events
