The purpose of this position is to process all cash-related contributions and provide excellent customer service, including solving problems for our givers. This position processes all cash contributions received in the form of checks, cash, wires, ACH’s, credit cards and e-checks and deposit contributions to the bank. This role will post contributions to donor advised funds and issue receipts to donors as well as research inquiries related to cash contributions for donors, financial advisors, RM teams and staff. As a result of the work performed by this position, we are able to fulfill our charitable purpose as a grant making organization by mobilizing resources and serve givers in a timely manner and with excellent customer service
