Responsibilities
• Conducts recruitment efforts and handles new-employee orientations.
• Maintains compliance and communicates various policies, procedures, laws, etc.
• Assists in the development of personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
• Responds to employee complaints, harassment allegations, civil rights complaints, and other personnel issues.
• Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from the database.
• Other HR Projects as needed.
Required Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 4-7 years of HR experience
· Proficient computer skills with MS Office Suite
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work well with others in a team environment
· Broad knowledge of human resource principals
· Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
· HRIS system experience with Ultimate/UltiPro, Oracle, Kronos, SAP, ADP
