Clinical Specialist/Associate Sales Rep (Medical Device – Field-Based)

They are seeking a Procedural Specialist to support a high-performing field sales team within a clinically focused product portfolio. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on clinical exposure and sales development, with a clear path toward a Territory Manager position.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Territory Managers to support revenue growth across existing accounts
  • Provide in-procedure support and ensure proper product usage in clinical settings
  • Lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-services for healthcare professionals
  • Identify new opportunities within accounts and communicate insights to the sales team
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and key decision-makers
  • Coordinate and execute product evaluations and trials within target accounts
  • Develop deep clinical and product knowledge within relevant specialties
  • Strengthen core sales skills including territory planning and opportunity management
  • Maintain accurate reporting, activity tracking, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and patient safety

 

What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, clinical support, or a customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Organized with strong planning and time management skills

 

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel extensively (up to ~80%), including overnight travel
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements (background checks, drug screenings, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in hospital, clinic, and field-based environments
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment (approximately 10–25 lbs)
