Job Description Summary

We are partnering with a large, globally operating medical technology organization that designs, manufactures, and delivers healthcare solutions used in clinical settings worldwide. This organization is known for operating in complex care environments and for supporting providers through innovation, education, and long-term partnership.

They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Endourology to manage and grow business within a defined geographic region.


About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across an assigned territory by promoting a portfolio of endourology products to both existing and prospective customers. This role involves frequent interaction with healthcare professionals, purchasing stakeholders, and internal leadership.

The individual in this position will receive ongoing training, sales support, and access to marketing and educational resources, and will participate in regular business reviews focused on performance and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and key decision-makers within targeted accounts
  • Identify customer needs and execute territory strategies through education, solution-based selling, and effective product positioning
  • Conduct in-person field activity including visits to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices to deliver product demonstrations and educational sessions
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence related to market trends, product offerings, and pricing
  • Assess declines or lost business and implement corrective action plans
  • Manage and analyze territory sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and submit required reports, including call activity, expenses, and sales forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of four years of professional B2B sales experience; medical or healthcare sales strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with hospital systems, purchasing processes, and physician-driven sales environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 40%)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms


Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including base salary plus incentive compensation. Expected annual earnings range from $80,000–$165,000, depending on experience, geographic location, and performance.
