Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

Location: Liverpool (Office-Based)

Salary: Up to £30,000

Job Specification

A well-established and highly regarded Financial Advisory firm is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join its Liverpool office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring an efficient and professional client service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing new business applications
  • Managing client records and maintaining CRM systems
  • Liaising with providers, clients, and internal teams
  • Supporting advisers with pensions, investments, and protection administration
  • Preparing client review packs and documentation
  • Monitoring workflows and ensuring cases progress efficiently
  • Handling general office and compliance-related administration

Requirements

  • Previous experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Pensions, or IFA administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and back-office systems
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
