Financial Adviser – Lincolnshire

Basic Salary: Up to £60,000

A leading St. James’s Place Partner Practice in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Adviser to join their growing team. The firm has a strong reputation for providing trusted, high-quality financial advice and offers access to an established client base, ongoing lead generation, and full administrative and paraplanning support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic financial planning across investments, pensions, and protection.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a client-first approach.
• Identify opportunities to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
• Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to deliver a seamless service.

Requirements:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (progress toward Chartered preferred).
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser with a strong track record of client engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
